You’re a professional with a talent for marketing who’s aspiring to use your gifts and talents to make a positive impact on the world by eradicating poverty and transforming the lives of children, families, and communities. The stakes are high and our call to action is urgent. Nearly 1,000 children under age 5 die every day from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and improper hygiene. But we believe extreme global poverty and the global water and sanitation crisis can be solved within our lifetimes. And your expertise added to our team will be a difference-maker.
As Program Manager, you’ll be part of a 20-person team reporting directly to the Sr. Program Manager and collaborating closely with 2 peers because we know the cord of work is stronger when we combine our talents and work together. You’ll be called on to implement and continuously improve these key programs from a marketing and programmatic excellence perspective, so our church engagement reps are always optimally equipped and positioned to acquire new church partners and donors, calling them into the life-changing experience of serving children and their communities in the developing world in the name of Jesus.
A Bachelor’s degree or 8 years equivalent work experience is required. In addition to education or equivalent work experience, you need to have experience in fundraising, program management, marketing, ministry and/or sales totaling at least 5 years. Ideally, you’d package that with strong writing and clear communications skills to include public speaking. Lastly, as a marketing-minded program manager who can execute on both strategic and tactical levels.
