The Oracle ERP Business Intelligence Lead will primarily be responsible for technical leadership of Business Intelligence functions relating to Finance Oracle ERP solutions as well as related projects. The Oracle ERP Business Intelligence Lead will collaborate with the IT & business leads, developers and enterprise infrastructure support teams to ensure appropriate delivery of technology solutions (Business Intelligence, performance tuning, data loading, exception processing, and documentation) in accordance with business requirements and objectives. Performs risk assessments as needed, also monitors, tests and reports on compliance activities.

The Digital Optimization Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting our digital / website testing and optimization efforts. Specifically, position responsibilities include the development of test plans, measuring results (including statistical significance), and compiling and presenting results/insights to key stakeholders. This position has an emphasis on deep-dive analyses, in collaboration with the Web Analytics team and independently. Ability to identify segments and slice and dice test data to inform results to extract actionable insights. This individual will leverage existing analytics and optimization tools and data points to formulate test ideas and hypotheses (or help better frame existing ones from other stakeholders), quantify results of the tests and make recommendations, based on test results, with the ultimate goal to identify revenue / profit-generating optimization opportunities and measure ROI of new website features and functionality. They will design and build relevant reports, dashboards, and templates. The ideal analyst would bring a passion for learning; testing and data-informed decision making that shapes a holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the guest experience.

MGM is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Digital Ventures team. The Digital Adobe Analytics Implementation Lead works as a liaison between agency teams and will develop, manage, review and publish to tag management solutions. This position will be the technical leader to analyze, optimize, troubleshoot, administer and communicate between varying tagging solutions, 3rd party tags/pixels, and corporate initiatives. The Digital Adobe Analytics Implementation Lead will work closely with the Analytics, Web, and Mobile support teams to define and execute the campaign strategy, including configuring scripts and tags on multiple properties while ensuring site performance is not compromised.
