The Executive Director of the Catholic Urban Schools Partnership will lead the nine schools that comprise the CUSP program under the Schools Office. This includes working in conjunction with the Advisory Board to help to shape the specific nature of the guidance, strategies and resources offered to CUSP schools, all of which serves to further the goal of long-term sustainability and continued growth for each participating school. The Executive Director will often serve as a liaison between the CUSP program and its stakeholders, providing valuable insight into the initiative, its progress, and current standing.
The successful candidate will possess, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a relevant field with the prior business experience needed to position CUSP schools for success. This person is a multi-faceted individual capable of offering dynamic leadership, as evidenced by a track record of tangible and/or measurable contributions made in prior roles.

Possesses knowledge in the areas of school operations and finance;
Is an excellent communicator who works effectively with others;
Has the ability to build relationships in support of fundraising and professional relationships;
Works collaboratively with the Advisory Board, Schools Office and a team of four staff members to fulfill the vision of CUSP.
