About the role:
As an Ad Ops Associate, you will support the day-to-day execution, management and optimization of ad campaigns and systems. You would be a part of the team that drives revenue for TheaterMania by providing support for our sales organization.
Traffic display, video, search, social and programmatic campaigns for our advertising clients
Perform QA prior to campaign launch
Take responsibility for the entire campaign flight cycle, including flight Planning, QA of creative, URLs, tracking parameters, and communications with clients and create an organized process.
Stay on top of the industry regarding new ad products, formats and regulations
Create knowledge base for the internal team and share to review standard methodologies, ad formats, and best practices.
Work closely with our Publisher and Sales reps to make recommendations and support optimizations of campaigns on a frequent basis for best performance and delivery
Trouble-shoot ad serving errors, report discrepancies and broken creative
Interface with clients to collect assets to be used for campaigns and to deliver campaign reports
Provide inventory reports weekly to the larger team
Provide overall insights on sell-through and rates on all direct and programmatic opportunities to find areas of growth and need.
Experience or desire to work in media
Ability to manage many projects at once and prioritize in a team environment.
Analytically-minded and data driven.

Reacts quickly and calmly when plans go astray and takes charge to get things back on track
Sets themselves high work standards and works to continuously improve on them

Extremely organized, with project management skills or experience.
1-2 years experience with trafficking digital media and advertising
Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (also called GAM or DFP) and a programmatic platform such as Centro
Technical mindset to absorb ad-serving technologies with a strong attention to detail
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a deadline driven, changing environment
Demonstrate analytical skills and passion for analyzing data, products, brands
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
