Holy Family Academy has an immediate opening for a part-time Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking a creative professional with experience is a school setting. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring all internal and external communications and marketing initiatives for Holy Family Academy. Reporting to the Assistant Head of School, the Marketing Coordinator will ensure that all communications (print, website, and social media) reflect the mission of Holy Family Academy.
Develop and manage innovative marketing programs that drive market awareness and demand for the school’s programs and offerings.
Direct public relations outreach for admission and fundraising activities.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Improve the school’s online presence. Oversee website development, focusing on SEO, and social media marketing (included but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Instagram)
Ensure that the website and print marketing materials are up to date and utilize successful marketing strategies.
Disseminate press releases and other strategic communications to ensure local community exposure and support for the school.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience writing web content and website content management
Experience designing marketing materials
Proven track record of driving recognition through social media
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable speaking about the mission and vision of the school with potential sponsors.
