Responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive not-for-profit marketing effort across all areas of living at Uplands Village. Works cooperatively and respectfully with residents, coworkers, families, visitors, prospects and volunteers to create a positive and pleasant environment in the office. All task are performed in accordance with current standard, policies, guidelines and regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential skills and experience:
Minimum five years of marketing/sales administration experience.
Must execute marketing/sales services in accordance with policies and procedure and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Associates degree or equivalent experience in the field of administration, business, health, marketing or related and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; satisfactory completion of pre-employment process.
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to prospects.
Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a one-to-five year time span.
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and a functional level
Positive, confident and a relationship builder
Preferred skill and experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business or other marketing related degree
Minimum five years marketing/sales experience in senior housing
