TCN is looking for a dynamic professional to serve as Director of Engagement. The right candidate should be organized, motivated, and detail-oriented and should possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop annual and long-term growth strategies, working with the CEO, other association directors, and member committees. Ensure that recruitment and prospect information effectively represents the benefits of membership and creates a positive image of the association. Develop marketing and other materials to promote TCN membership, benefits, and resources.
The Director of Engagement is responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing effective membership retention, recruitment, and member involvement within the association. As a member of the national staff, this individual will ensure that the association is represented in a professional manner while assisting members and the general public.
Key responsibilities include:
Engage and Expand Membership
Oversee Marketing and Social Communication Efforts
Support Certification and Educational Programs
Support Local Groups
Work on the ongoing development and efficiency of the association database
Support and participate in the execution of association events
Requirements: Mastery of Microsoft office suite. Adobe creative suite, and knowledge of database management. A four-year degree in marketing communication preferred.
