As a Telecomm Operator, you will process incoming and outgoing calls from a computer call processing application. You will monitor alarms and responds to emergency notifications in a time manner. You will direct calls to appropriate departments, medical staff inside/outside the medical center and handle patient location calls. You will be assigned other clerical duties as well.
