Gather Voices was established in early 2017, born from the urgent needs of digital marketers to increase their abilities to manage video at scale and a desire to differentiate their organizations by deepening relationships with their constituents. Co-Founders Michael Hoffman and Joel Resnik are building a team of creative high-performers centered on a culture of trust and the core values of Community, Focus, Customer Success and Inclusion.
Now over 35+ clients strong and growing quickly, Gather Voices is entering its next phase of growth. Rooted in the world of social good we are focused on a growth strategy that focuses on the needs of Associations and Events industries (to start). Our solutions make it possible for organizations to deepen their relationships by creating and sharing video content with their constituents as well as inviting anyone, anywhere to share videos back. Our solutions enable a 10X increase in video production, 10X faster than traditional methods resulting in a 3-5X increase in engagement. #Winning.

About your role
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer your charter has a number of components:
End-to-end sales management, sourcing leads, demonstrating product and closing sales. Your targets are Director & above marketers in Associations with annual budgets over $5M. The goal is to close at least 5 new clients per month.
Optimize our strategic partnerships and sales strategies by attending conferences and events to demonstrate our solutions, network and prospect.
Refine and enhance our understanding of our Clients and our buyers within our clients that leads to improved sales strategies and key insights for product development.
Leveraging experience and insights to our processes and provide recommendations for people, process and tools for all things sales related.
Identify ways to champion VRM in the industry to gain awareness, leadership and enhance our credibility.
