Start Date: ASAP Work hours: Regular business hours, some nights & weekends
This position is responsible for increasing revenue via selling independent living units, facilitating move-ins and representing the community during the sales process, consistent with Springpoint Senior Living philosophy. Responsible for explaining and communicating all the regulations, policies and procedures associated with residency at the community to the prospect and coordinating with administration.
The position offers a base salary with commission program and benefit package and a positive working environment. We welcome those who would enjoy working with a top-notch team and possess a participative style to achieve occupancy and growth objectives.
Required- Strong organizational skills, along with strong skills in the following areas: verbal communication, business writing, typing, proofreading, MS Office Applications.
Preferred: Sales or senior living marketing background. Ability to work with a Customer Relationship Manager Software system and other technologies
Education: College degree, minimum of 5 years work experience or high school degree and a minimum of two years related work experience.
