We are searching for a talented Director Amenity Retail to be based out of Cleveland, OH, but open to location.
Responsible for amenity retail leasing and asset management across the multifamily portfolio. Position responsibility includes creation of business plans, monitoring asset performance and assessing the strategic vision for the retail portfolio through collaboration with development teams and property management teams. Create impactful NOI performance through managing lease up schedule, third party leasing brokers, tenant improvements, third party counsel/internal legal as well as overseeing tenant billing and collections.
Lead the leasing efforts for the portfolio and provide oversight to third party leasing brokers in order to ensure generation and closing of key deals in the portfolio
Interface with the Legal function (both external and internal) to manage lease preparation, lease comment review, and overall business terms
Oversee lease administration and billing issues or questions from tenants
Conduct regular strategic networking both internally and externally to build an arms-distance relationship with strategic retail partners and existing partnerships in place across the portfolio.
Work collaboratively with FP&A and accounting to ensure accuracy in monthly projections
This position requires an Undergraduate Degree
8-10 years of Real Estate experience is required
5-7 years of experience in Asset Management in Retail and Financial Analysis, Strategy Development, Deal Negotiating, and Cash Flow Modeling is preferred
