Conduct and analyze market research to determine competition, generate customer insights, and identify areas of opportunity for new Member acquisition
Collaborate on member acquisition, retention, donor stewardship, and benefit fulfillment
Liaison for network-wide online engagement tool to help manage content, seed questions and other stewardship initiatives
Ensure accurate reporting on membership acquisition and renewal efforts
Experience with reviewing and analyzing membership reports and statistics, a comfort level with preparing spreadsheets and creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations
Excellent analytical skills and ability to think things through, anticipate solutions and next steps, and see the bigger picture, while offering fresh ideas
Lead onboarding and servicing of new and existing members
Create and implement continuous improvement process management strategies for maximizing the partnership and improving renewal probability with members
Research and conduct outreach to Board member for introductions to prospects
Sales of events and sponsorships
Sales of tables and ads for annual Leadership Awards
Undergraduate degree required
Five+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: fundraising and/or business development, B2B sales and relationship management, or membership
Proven track record of excellent performance in meeting targets and objectives
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, prospects and existing customers
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and relationship management skills are critical
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
