Our Independent Sales Agent (SA) specializes in either one or all of the signage, printing, lightening, greenhouse, mechanical markets. This independent sales agent role is focused on going out in the field, getting in front of decision makers of distributors and closing business, typically in a single call.

Responsibilities and ability:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Stay up-to-date with new product launches, industry trends, market activities, competitors and ensure sales team members are on board
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Meet or exceed annual sales budget
Familiar to QuickBooks
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Respond to an internal and external contact in a timely manner
The employee will report directly to Managing Director
Additional Salary Information: No basic salary, all commission based.
