The Manager, Partner Relations is responsible for providing exceptional service to all of ACG’s Partners, Sponsors and Advertisers. This position will track, manage, report and execute the fulfillment of benefits to all partners, sponsors & advertisers. To be successful, the person in this role must not only combine a warm and thoughtful personality, but also demonstrate, on a daily basis, a fierce dedication to established systems and processes. With direct and frequent contact with ACG’s most important partners/sponsors/advertisers, the successful candidate should have executive presence, and an excellent communicator (written and verbal). Trustworthiness and a strong level of professionalism are cornerstones for this role.
This position also supports ACG Global activities as needed and assigned.

Bachelor’s degree with at least three to five years related experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret membership database information, develop programs and effectively manage common inquiries or complaints from members and sponsors. Proven abilities to write and develop presentations for delivery to senior-level audiences.
Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; strong Salesforce.com skills required.
Individual performs duties in a professional office environment with moderate noise levels. Some national and international travel by airplane may be required. Lifting of objects of 20lbs is sometimes required. Ability to talk on the phone is required.
