Duties: - Drive sales with key accounts in the outdoor industry by prospecting, post-event outreach, and through your existing relationships - Develop and advance new business through outdoor industry events, specialty outdoor retailers and outdoor industry manufacturers - Service and grow existing customer accounts - Resolve customer complaints as appropriate - Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments - Work with Design Team to give suggestions based upon customer’s needs and persona - Limited travel required - Contribute to team effort by assisting other departments as needed
