Perform outside sales 80%
Utilize marketing and sales tools to develop profitable business in customized security services in the assigned region.
Follow up regularly with clients to assess satisfaction with service and identify additional business opportunities with an effort to achieve sales goals.

Utilize outreach through a variety of techniques including telephone and cold calling
Maintains spreadsheet or list of prospects in electronic database
Develops pricing and business development strategies in collaboration with company leadership
Develop leads and campaigns to sell
Participate with relevant organizations to drive business growth and develop partnerships in the industry; assist in promotional efforts
Analyze local market/ regional data to identify trends, and market opportunities/prospects for business
Persistently follow up on referrals and leads and monitor and track prospect calendar
Prepare reports as assigned
Make sales presentations
Meet regularly with new clients to assess level of satisfaction of services and develop referrals for new business
Develop and submit proposals and responses to RFQs and RFPs in collaboration with company leadership
Enhancing business development skills through training assigned
Perform additional and other functions in order to achieve business objectives
Other duties as assigned
Maintain company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing.
