Arcadia is seeking an experienced Window and Door Sales Manager for the Tri-State area. The territory covers Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
Key Job Duties
•Business development and account sales management to architects, C17 glazing contractors, and builders. •Development of a client network through relationship building, sales and product training, direct product promotion and field warranty assessments •Development and execution of annual strategic and tactical sales plans •Management assistance including assisting in the development of the customer service support team, customer service policies and procedures, and quote and order formats •Providing management and manufacturing with product and market intelligence in regards to products, improvements, services that are needed to gain market share
•Proven Window and Door Solutions sales experience, including sales of aluminum products to architects, C17 glazing contractors and builders •Experience in working with manufacturing and estimating systems •Experience in working with customer service and production representatives •Strong planning and organizational skills •Ability to effectively communicate with variety of personnel both verbally and in writing •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point and Outlook •Experience in working with a culturally diverse work population •Experience managing multiple projects at the same time •College degree preferred
