We are currently seeking an Adventure Sales Specialist to join our sales team in Boulder, Colorado working alongside other talented members of the Macs team.
As a fast-growing international business, the success of Macs Adventure is driven by delivering a great customer experience throughout the sales cycle, which focuses on tailor-made independent adventures. Your passion for active, authentic travel and knowledge of the Macs trip range will enable you to connect more customers with authentic, transformative travel experiences.
We are looking for an experienced and driven sales expert with proven sales and customer service skills. A track record in customer-facing roles centered on meeting customer needs and problem solving is essential.
Your strengths will center around your ability to understand customer needs, communicate your passion for our trips and convert leads into bookings. Equally at home responding to new customer inquiries, converting customer proposals to bookings and following up on warm leads, you will love connecting customers with great travel experiences and working with the team to proactively ensure Macs makes the most of all sales opportunities and that our approach to customer experience is supported.
