Promega, an international biotechnology company, is seeking a Tradeshow Coordinator to manage the tactical execution of Promega events to include show services and shipping coordination, vendor and inventory management as well as all related logistics. You will act as the main point of contact with Promega’s exhibits to coordinate, manage and communicate specifics related to booth property.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or related fields.
Experience with tradeshows, events, conferences and exhibits
Demonstrated experience with shipping logistics, to include staging and organizing concurrent shipments using multiple vendors and sources to a variety of destinations.
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
