This role is responsible for developing and creating new business cases to launch new products for Sales customers. Understand the market and competitive scenario. Evaluate and create proposal and financial models to launch new products. Define the products services Hertz will need in 3 years. Based on that define capabilities. Evaluate current opportunity based on return but also capability building for the future.
Due diligence of potential strategic partners.
Developing, testing and implementing different strategies on engagement with our strategic partners.
Set & translate business goals into operational plans that will guide the operational success of the product.
Launch plan for new products to be developed - set concrete processes and execution plans, and develop pricing, product, business plan in collaboration with cross functional teams
Work with legal, policy, business development and other cross functional teams to study the ecosystem, and make it conducive for new product launches
Develop and maintain overall strategy and process responsible to drive revenue growth.
Subject matter expert providing ad-hoc analytical capabilities for post-mortem performance and pre-launch analysis of mobility
Develop insights around mobility performance; including revenue, volume and market share
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Information Technology to develop appropriate solutions to address business challenges
Collaborate, engage, influence, and direct the work of corporate stakeholders on key initiatives, with a broad relationship network
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred.
Experience in digital technology
5 -7 years defining and driving true digital innovation
Expert in web and mobile business and technical concepts
5-7 years of driving digital proof-of-concept initiatives
Expert domain knowledge in digital projects and/or mobile applications projects and/or web projects
Knowledge of product management
Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
Functional knowledge of digital commerce business processes
Understanding of Agile delivery methodology
Understanding of rapid UI prototyping
Passionate about all things digital and looking for the next best thing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
