Multiple State Sales territory requiring consistent travel and overnight stays, account management and new prospect attainment.
Self Starter needed for Field position as Regional Sales Manager.
Base Salary with strong Bonus incentive based on meeting and exceeding defined Sales performance.
Full expenses for all travel, as approved by corporate guidelines.
Basic insurance after 90 day probationary period.
One position based on CA, other in/near IL
Ability to travel overnight as needed, possibly averaging up to three nights per week or as needed to attain defined corporate goals.
Ability to work independently, but as a Team Member in a competitive mature market.
Direct industry experience less important than Sales experience!
Ability to find new prospects and maintain existing customers!
Ability to present solutions in a competitive mature market, provide Lunch & Learn presentations to groups, by email, text and phone.
Ability to analyse prospect/customer needs, provide solutions and close the sale!
One to two weeks at corporate office for procedural, product training and understanding corporate culture.
