The Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) is seeking a self-starter to serve as a day-to-day resource for its members and the management of various technical and operational systems. TAG is a non-profit organization serving the $88 Billion U.S. digital advertising industry. Reporting to the Director of Membership Services and Operations, the successful candidate will think strategically and creatively in growing participation from key companies and organizations in the digital advertising supply chain, and effectively communicate about TAG programs, services, products and other offerings. This role within Team TAG will ensure that the organization’s internal systems are maintained and updated such that TAG can support its members quickly, easily and effectively. The position includes the opportunity to grow and expand responsibilities over time.
-- Provide membership support to the TAG Community, serving as a first point of contact for prospective members, including leading marketers, ad agencies, web publishers, and technology companies that wish to join the organization. Work closely with the Director of Membership Services and Operations, as well as other key members of Team TAG, in handling incoming inquiries, setting up prospect sales meetings, and facilitating the conversion of prospects into members. Work closely with the Director of Membership Services and Operations, as well as other key members of Team TAG, to drive program adoption among existing TAG member companies and ensure high retention rates from year to year. Research and produce analytics to support lead generation, including the use of archival data, and industry data sources to develop rosters of potential TAG members. Analyze customer feedback and intelligence and partner with key members of Team TAG to improve the TAG customer experience.
-- Provide day-to-day management and maintenance of TAG systems, including TAG’s web properties, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and email marketing system. Ensure excellent data hygiene in all TAG systems, populating and updating content including informational documents, Working Group notes, certification packets, and certification submittal materials. Maintain TAG’s website, working with appropriate Team TAG members to ensure that the site is always running smoothly, that content is kept up-to-date or overhauled as needed, and that the site can be used to drive strong brand awareness.
-- Work with appropriate Team TAG members to establish and maintain a consistent branding experience across all of TAG’s communications and marketing channels. Manage TAG’s social media channels, ensuring a regular cadence of news and content reaches TAG’s target audiences. Ensure that TAG marketing materials are kept up-to-date, reflecting TAG’s current standards, protocols, pricing, and general content. Work with TAG’s head of PR throughout the drafting and publishing process to ensure timing delivery of quality content in TAG’s monthly newsletter. Harness CRM, website and social media analytics and tools for outbound marketing campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications:

-- 2-3 years of industry experience in the digital advertising or media industries with functional experience in account management, marketing, strategy, project management, sales, or business development, preferred but not required
-- Strong database experience, preferably including experience with Hubspot or other CRM platforms ?
