Impress Us! Our Tallahassee-based association management company is seeking a program manager to make our membership, communications and membership meeting activities soar.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Serve as point of contact for general membership questions
Maintain and update client membership databases
Create and/or run database reports and queries
Administer renewals and member invoices
Create and administer member recruitment and retention efforts
Produce, edit and distribute newsletters
Produce, edit and distribute member email communications
Update client websites and manage social media posts
Provide support for membership meetings including light meeting planning
You will need strong computer (MS Office and MemberClicks), verbal and written communication, social media experience, and customer service skills in this position. We have a strong team atmosphere and rely on each team member to manage their own work. Approximately 10 days of travel annually.
