The Marketing Project Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to implement branding campaigns. This position has three key areas of focus: Manage Social Media content, especially Facebook; Graphic Design; and Email Marketing. This individual will execute and support multiple initiatives that emphasize overall brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail and project management.
?Manage content on social media platforms – including social monitoring, responding, content creation and budget tracking ?Identify and run with unique opportunities for engaging users on all social media platforms, particularly Facebook ?Post engaging headlines and content with fast turnaround time ?Design graphics, print materials and digital files as needed using Adobe Creative Suite ?Build creative content for email marketing campaigns using MailChimp ?Website management using WordPress ?Support internal cross-functional teams/departments as necessary ?Coordinate and manage promotional activities with external vendors ?Provide reporting of key marketing and social media data to the Director of Marketing. ?Support digital advertising and communication programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
?At least 3 years marketing, social media and/or communications experience ?Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field ?Strong social media content creation skills and paid media experience on platforms including – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube, Hootsuite and more ?Deep understanding of Facebook Insights and Ads Manager tool ?Proven ability to grow a website audience and social media reach and engagement ?Must have proficiency in the following: ?Mac OS ?Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator ?Microsoft Office ?Record of initiating actions and achieving results with a strong focus on recordable metrics. ?Strong written and verbal communication skills ?Drive to interact, understand, and adapt to how marketing impacts target audience ?Able to demonstrate strong project management and planning skills; skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities and work with constant updates ?Ability to work and communicate effectively among teams and at all levels of an organization to successfully move projects forward ?High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude ?Self-motivated and results driven individual who thrives in a fast paced environment ?Email marketing experience required, experience with MailChimp preferred ?Experience with Website management required, prior experience using WordPress preferred ?Google AdWords and Analytics experience a plus
