The Manager of Client Services and Operations will be responsible for:
Managing a diverse team of digital marketing professionals including project managers, ad operations, SEO, Social Media, designers and developers.
Managing vendor relationships and expenses.
Running regular profitability analyses by product and campaign to ensure we are properly allocating resources and time.
Teaching and training teams on digital marketing products and best practices.
Building a culture of world-class customer service.
Regularly communicating with business development teams to ensure that internal processes are always aligned to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Maintaining a deep knowledge and understanding of all WRAL Digital Solutions offerings and processes with an eye on constantly improving what we do.
Helping develop new digital products and sales processes.
Staying on top of emerging trends in digital advertising and marketing and applying new knowledge to the team and on behalf of current clients.
Rolling up their sleeves and getting to work.
7+ years of client service or revenue operations experience in a digital agency, media company or consultancy.
Experience leading a team.
A positive attitude with outstanding communication and time management skills.
Skilled at training and teaching.
Confident yet humble.
Deep expertise in scoping out and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Experience managing complex fulfillment processes and operations.
The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel/spreadsheets and comfortable learning new software as needed, including our internal project management system (Wrike).
Google Analytics and AdWords certified (or experience in both).
Above average understanding of SEO and Social Media best practices.
Experience working in WordPress.
Product development experience.
Experience working in a project management software.
Understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape.
