The Brand Manager is a leadership role with responsibility for developing, implementing and managing annual strategic, financial, innovation and operating plans for a brand or portfolio of brands. This includes promotions, packaging, analysis and P&L. Role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams.
What we offer
Lead development and execution of marketing plan, working closely and in coordination with Sales, US Marketing, Product Management, Packaging, Purchasing, Research & Development and Operations to ensure that overall project goals, timelines and objectives are met.
Work closely with the sales team to develop programs & merchandising recommendations along with customized opportunities that allow for a win-win with our customers.
Responsible to influence and utilize research data including Nielsen data to make product and program recommendations -- continuously learning to optimize performance in market.
Collaborate with other cross functional partners to ensure strategy is being followed and executed.
Analyzes and interprets market data to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends.
Lead all briefings for advertising, media and promotions with various agency partners.
Who we are looking for
Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business, MBA preferred
5 + years Brand Marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods
Solid knowledge of ACNielsen and consumer research
Proven project and financial management skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership skills
