This is a 10-week assignment for students pursuing a college degree. Assignments are directly related to intern's academic degree. Under direct supervision, performs duties as assigned. Student participates in a number of organized events providing visibility into the overall operations of FedEx.
Position Information Full-time internship opportunity available in the Memphis, TN area from June 2019 to August 2019.
Under close supervision, the successful candidate will assist with the planning and execution of Corporate Sales initiatives. Responsibilities may include analytics, project management, research and report development, and documenting processes/procedures; analyze effectiveness and make recommendations on process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess:
Knowledge of sales, marketing, analytics, and/or business
Business Analytics, Operations Research, Management Science, Mathematics
Consumer Insights, Sales Insights
Project management and problem solving skills, written communication and analytical skills, experience with query and database software
Currently enrolled undergraduate at junior year or above or graduate student majoring in Business, Project Planning, Management Science, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Science, Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis or related discipline.
Ideally, a student should be graduating within 12 months of completing the internship and available for full-time employment

High school graduate or equivalent. Student has completed at least two year toward college degree. Enrollment as undergraduate or graduate student in business, communications, finance, economics, education learning and organizational development, instructional design, marketing, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, science, technology, information systems, mathematics, data analytics or other related major.
