Currently, our team is on the search for a highly motivated and personable individual to be the initial point of communication for travelers with our company. Connect with travelers in a variety of ways and form a bridge to the best expert Trip Planner for their worldwide adventure. Succeed in this position and be considered for advancement to Trip Planner after adequate training in our systems and destinations.
Due to the nature of the job, we give preference to candidates who have traveled extensively or have lived internationally. A candid enthusiasm for global travel and an eagerness to learn about our worldwide destinations is also essential to this position. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and computer fluency are also necessary. While our team thoroughly enjoys the great outdoors, please realize that this is an office position in Missoula, MT, requiring a minimum of 40-45 hours per week.

Additional Salary Information: Base + Commission - Total compensation for the 1st year has been in the range of $34,000-$44,000, for the 2nd year the range is $38,000-$54,000, and for the 3rd year has ranged between $43,000 and $60,000+ depending on employee performance in the role.
