Fast growing E commerce business looking for High energy, articulate , hardware experienced individuals who are self motivated, organized, and work well in a team environment. Experience in the whole hardware/commercial door hardware e commerce space a plus. Phone experience and or customer service exp a must.
Pay based on the candidates Experience or lack there of. Looking for talented individuals and or candidates experienced in the commercial door hardware field. Entry level and or Experienced professionals may apply.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in the Commercial Door Hardware industry. From packing hardware to wholesale sales or customer service and sales.
- Knowledge of: Computer operations to include the use of email and web browser and customer service techniques.
- Ability to: Think quickly and communicate orally with a variety of callers; handle a high volume of calls (e.g., 125 calls per hour); locate correct and/or unique spelling of names from the database and/or printed directory.
- Crm/data entry proficient at keeping accurate logs in our system
- On time, Hardworking, Courteous, Generous with others in a team environment, Professional, eager to learn, Takes initiative, and dedicated are all qualities we look for in a candidate.
- Proficient closer , ability to follow up with and maintain a customer base in a soft sell but organized environment. Ability to hold to a script , company policies and make them your own.
- Able to take direction and perform tasks given in a timely manner.
