Kelly Services Inc., a 5.4 billion world leader in workforce management services and human resources seeks a Go to Market Director and this position would be a virtual role.
This individual will manage the global marketing activities for a portfolio of staffing products/solutions through their full life cycle. He/she is responsible for taking the propositions to market and ensure their commercial execution success. You will be tasked with creating and deploying a Go To Market framework that provides a commercial blueprint for product/campaign launches. You will create channel traction, through the development of a channel/distribution strategy and customer (talent/clients) awareness by having end to end accountability of the delivery and marketing execution into market. You will monitor and report on market and competitive developments. This role is expected to be expert in understanding key market segments (talent and client), translating data, research and analytics into insights that fuel marketing activities. As part of the Go to Market team, we work closely with our direct peers in Digital, Product, Content and Brand Marketing teams as well as stakeholders within Client Lines, Client Development and beyond (Staffing Operations)
Creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing program that will enhance positioning within the staffing marketplace, with customization for each vertical based on economic drivers.
Interfacing with vertical leaders to develop marketing plans, created based on current client expansion and net new client acquisition strategy. Interpret strategy from sector and PT leaders, define attributes, develop plan to support growth efforts.
Acting as a strategic marketing consultant on key segments including talent and client segments articulating data and insights that demonstrate a knowledge of their behavior, preferences and what drives action
Developing short- and long-term plans and budgets for the staffing vertical marketing strategies and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Identification of short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed to contribute to marketing effectiveness.
Report to the Head of Go To Market and be a part of the GTM Leadership team
In partnership with the Product Team, work to identify opportunities to offer new or enhanced products and/or extension to new customer segments (acceleration of growth opportunities, Science, Engineering, etc.)
Own and execute the go to market plans for the products in Kelly’s staffing portfolio
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the Staffing suite of products in the market
Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for your Kelly’s staffing portfolio
Communicate the value proposition of the staffing portfolio to the sales channels
Develop the sales tools and collaterals that support the selling process of Kelly’s staffing portfolio
Articulation the talent personas that yield insights into behavior that turn attraction into action
Design and Implement inbound marketing strategies attract users where they are, engage them to become leads and then nurture them for the right opportunity to apply.
Ensure customer delight:
Monitor and report on adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction KPIs
Identify opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention levels are maintained at optimum levels
Drive through projects to implement your recommendations
Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive in the market
Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field of study
Minimum experience required: 7-10 years in marketing or product management, product development, business planning or consulting experience
Ability to consult with internal customers on best investment of marketing resources
Excellent project planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to analyze and interpret market data into actionable insights customized to targeted verticals
Ability to lead strategy development and cross-functional planning of marketing initiatives
Fluid at building relationships to lead the work effort of cross functional team members
Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player
Very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Experience developing and managing budgets
Ability to develop valued relationships with senior-level stakeholders, based upon broad knowledge of marketing and messaging insights
Manage challenging situations and recommend effective solutions
