| University of Vermont Medical Center, Vermont’s academic medical center and founding member of the University of Vermont Health Network, seeks a Network Manager Workflow & Shared Services. Position Summary: The Network Manager of Workflow and Shared Resources performs a pivotal role in developing and implementing a collaborative, coordinated and consistent approach to workflow tracking, resource allocation, project and brand management across the Network. Working in close partnership with Network department leadership -- Network VP, Network Directors and Affiliate Leads -- this individual works to assess priority and capacity while bringing a common process to the consideration of new work across the Network to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, responsiveness to Network and affiliate priorities and a focus on balanced workloads, quality, service and value. This individual is responsible for tracking workflow, assessing capacity and prioritizing with department leadership to facilitate the nimble deployment of Network staff and teams as well as diversion strategies to flex out and utilize outside resources to accelerate workflow and increase capacity as needed. Accountable for stewarding brand, this position works across the Network and with outside vendors to ensure that brand standards are consistently expressed. This position will centralize the management of outside vendor/agency partners, negotiate for best prices, build a consistent and scalable Network process from project intake through end production with measurement when meaningful, and manage one FTE responsible for Network operations including budget management, project coordination and administrative support.
