Naylor is looking for talented Account Executive to join our Programmatic Department. Our new teammate should be a self-motivated, outgoing, go-getter with in-depth knowledge of digital & programmatic advertising. You must have an established track record selling programmatic ad sales on all levels at both the client and agency and driving revenue opportunities. As a member of our sales team you will be responsible for prospecting and establishing long term client relationships. An ideal candidate will have relevant experience selling programmatic advertising.
Identify and build specific marketing services prospect lists and secure qualified pitch opportunities.
Find and close new business by planning, preparing and executing high impact meetings with prospects and clients.
Approach and handle clients with the highest level of customer service with a focus on creating consultative partnerships.
Meet and exceed annual budgeted sales and revenue targets.
Assist in the RFP responses including approach development and authoring when appropriate.
Identify and develop a strong understanding of each client’s core objectives and challenges.
Willingness to travel when needed.
SALES - (3+) years of programmatic advertising sales
Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing techniques (digital and web).
High energy, self-starter with a demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision-making process.
A strong communicator that is able to adjust their communication style based upon an understanding of the audience’s challenges and goals. Strong presentation skills both in developing and presenting material.
Capable of managing multiple projects and assignments.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Broad understanding of client budgets and initiatives.
Extensive existing industry contacts a plus as well as an established client base of media agencies and brands
Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years sales and marketing services experience
