Three eight -month rotations through Product/Brand Marketing, Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs, or within an area of the Supply Chain: Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Network Optimization, or Sales Logistics. Quickly learn and contribute to completion of projects and functional objectives in assigned area. May act as project lead responsible for results delivery applying technical principle, theories and concepts.
-Actively seek opportunities for learning and contribution during each of the functional rotations in Marketing/ Sales, Quality/ Regulatory, and Operations/ Logistics -Observe and gain input from coworkers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. -Meet and exceed performance expectations identified and communicated by each functional unit. Lead projects to drive improvement and performance when needed. -Effectively utilize career development tools and training programs to enhance performance and self – development. -Embrace Zimmer Biomet values and lead by example.
Able to gain complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards as well as full knowledge of industry practices. -Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability -Strong communication skills with ability to influence -Proven leadership skills -Ability to work cross functionally and with different levels of management -Project Management skills -Strong strategic thinking skills -Strong computer systems skill (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects, etc.) -Able to work under general direction, and independently determine and develop approach to solutions.
-Master’s in Business Administration Degree (recently completed) from a top tier MBA program with focus on Healthcare or Life Sciences, Marketing, General Management, or Supply Chain. -Bachelor’s Degree required in one of the following disciplines: Engineering (or related), -Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration -Minimum of 3 years of experience in either engineering (product development or operations), supply chain, general project management/project leadership, or in Quality/Regulatory function. -Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
