Responsible for providing support to the Networks team for the delivery and management of a portfolio of networks and member/customer services to achieve Vizient offerings in support of Vizient goals and strategies.
Responsible for the day-to-day network support activities for a portfolio of networks lead by Directors of Networks and/or SVP.
Handles network customer service and communications including meeting materials, list server facilitation, web/social media, email management, recruitment and retention, participant satisfaction and preparing and administrating surveys as directed by the Network Directors.
Distributes network communications and network updates as director by network director and/or SVP.
Coordinates all meeting logistics including room reservations, set up, AV and other needs relative to logistics.
Serves as the day to day member interface for network activities for member administrative support teams .
Attends network meetings as needed, handles meeting logistics, and drafts meeting minutes.
Documents network discussion around trends and emerging member issues to inform Vizient offerings, research and additional network activities in support of network director.
Works with Vizient support areas (meeting planning, broadcast education).
Maintains knowledge of Vizient offerings and initiatives and brings relevant content to network events, communications, and interactions.
Stays on top of Vizient updated marketing and communication formats and requirements for presentations and communications.
Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
5 years minimum work experience required (experience in project management roles strongly preferred).
Strong relationship and client management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects and timelines.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Strong effective communication skills (verbal and nonverbal).
