The Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) is the leading trade association for corporate real estate executives focused on the needs of an industrial portfolio. IAMC’s revenue stream includes membership dues, event registration fees and a multi-tiered sponsorship program. IAMC sponsors are seeking a return on investment of their marketing dollars in the way of new business opportunities. IAMC offers its sponsors exposure to their corporate real estate executive membership.
IAMC is now seeking candidates for the senior position of Director of Sponsorships. This position:
Reports directly to the IAMC Executive Director
Assists in the development of and sales of sponsorships for our bi-annual forums and multiple local meetings
Assists in the development of annual budgets and sales targets
Has direct sponsorship sales responsibilities that include the United States and Canada
Has responsibility for sponsor contact and coordination of all correspondence, information, and benefits related to sponsorship sales/retention
Coordinates with staff on all sponsor related activities
Coordinates all international sponsorship efforts
Provides full transparency on all sponsorships, including amounts and status, and will regularly report sponsorship program status to the Executive Director
Has responsibility for continuous development of and analysis of new revenue opportunities
Supports the goals and objectives of IAMC
Successful candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in sales and partnership development. Experience in association management is preferred. Knowledge/experience in real estate and/or economic development is desired.
