We are seeking an Affinity Sales Management Consultant. The qualified candidate will reside in an area that supports both our Southwestern Regional and Western Regional operations with strong preference for working from one of the regional offices in either Scottsdale, AZ or Sacramento, CA. This position requires travel within the regional territories (AZ, NM, TX, OK, UT, CO, WY, MT, CA, NV, WA, ID, OR).

Your Impact – What You will be Doing
You will be responsible for increasing profitable regional policy growth through the management of Affinity growth partner relationships. We guarantee you’ll never be bored.
You’ll lead and coordinate the development and execution of regional strategic business and marketing plans and build relationships and create mutually beneficial partnerships that leverage Nationwide’s Affinity strategy and value proposition.
You’ll also serve as a lead on key special projects, provides training and guidance to agents and Sales Managers and regularly reports to leadership on regional performance.
What’s Needed for this Role
Eight years of demonstrated experience in identifying business opportunities, business to business sales, developing and executing marketing campaigns and Affinity relationships, selling and negotiating contracts, prospecting for new opportunities, budgeting, and forecasting
Three years of experience in a high paced sales environment with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Will be required to complete licensing for Life, P&C, Accident and Health upon hire.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
