We're currently hiring a Marketing Director in our Pine Brook, NJ facility (Morris County).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Build, develop and manage full-service Marketing team including marketing coordinators, public relation/media relations coordinators, and copy writers to meet organizational needs •Devise and develop corporate marketing strategies to support corporate goals and initiatives, communication strategies (including web, blog, print advertising, brochures, catalogs, etc.), product/service development, client needs and trade initiatives •Devising techniques to improve overall performance of the department •Research and monitoring marketing trends and planning accordingly •Client support (i.e RFP, RFI, program development, account management etc) to support sales division. •Recognizing newsworthy issues to offer communications counsel, drafting articles and announcements, etc. •Collecting information, writing and shaping messages and making decisions on how best to distribute •Drafting press releases, pitch letters, guest articles, and advertising copy •Detailed product and technical copywriting for catalogs and websites, as well as using AP Style guidelines for editing the writing of the rest of the group •Drafting, editing and overseeing content and production for newsletters, the company intranet and blog postings •Working with the Marketing team to support customer communications, to include reviewing and refreshing Web content, brochures, brand overview materials, sales presentations, etc. •Presentation and proposal support •Provide C-Level Executive support •Media planning, contract negotiations •Grown of Social Media platforms •Sales support and vertical market promotion
